State v. Ethan W. Haywood; Haywood denied at a hearing June 28 the state’s allegation that he broke his probation when he was arrested June 26 on charges of possessing and being under the influence of a controlled substance. Haywood is on probation after pleading guilty April 27, 2020, of possessing a controlled substance.
