TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED:
You are notified that on the 1st day of August, 2022, a Petition
for Appointment of Wrongful Death Representative for the purpose
of bringing a wrongful death action for the wrongful death of Cynthia
Shook Ruth was filed by Petitioner, William Jerome “Jerry” Ruth, in
the above-named Court. Notice is further given that any person
claiming to qualify to be appointed as the Wrongful Death Representative in the matter of the Wrongful Death of Cynthia Shook
Ruth, under W.S. § 1-38-104(a) may intervene in this action as a
matter of right.
