Bieske and Marion E. Bieske on the same day. The mortgage was duly recorded at the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Park County, Wyoming on 3/25/2008, at Document No. 2008-2310. The mortgage was assigned for value as follows: Assignee: NewRez LLC D/B/A Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing Assignment dated: 05/04/2021 Assignment recorded: 05/06/2021 Assignment recording information: Document No. 2021-3277 Assignee: U.S. Bank Trust National Association, not in its individual capacity, but solely as trustee of the Truman 2021 SC9 Title Trust Assignment dated: 04/27/2022 Assignment recorded: 6/20/2022 Assignment recording information: Document No. 2022-3510 All in the records of the County clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Park County, Wyoming. Mortgagor is in default for failure to make periodic payments as obligated under the terms of the note and mortgage. The mortgage contains a Power of Sale which, by reason of the above-stated default, U.S. Bank Trust National Association, not in its individual capacity, but solely as trustee of the Truman 2021 SC9 Title Trust, (“Mortgagee”), has declared to have become operative.
