Female walking back and forth and screaming in front of house on Ptarmigan Drive in Cody, 11:10 p.m. June 27. Deputies provided assistance.

 

Traffic

Crash reported from June 16 in Kirwin area of Meeteetse. Man said his girlfriend lent his vehicle to another person. It was returned with extensive front end damage. It is unknown what happened to the vehicle, 10:35 a.m. June 23.

A car and a deer crashed on US 114 in Powell at 2:20 p.m. June 23. Airbags deployed but there was no injury. Deputies provided assistance. 

REDDI report filed from US 14A in Powell on a green Dodge pickup truck swerving all over the lines, almost hitting another driver, 9:35 p.m. June 23. Deputies were unable to locate.

An 8-year-old male is trying to get a ride to Cody from the Good2Go gas station on Main Street in Ralston to meet his mom. He has brown hair, grey hooded sweatshirt with a Wyoming cowboy logo, and is riding a black bike, 10 a.m. June 24. Deputies provided assistance.

Vehicle sideswiped on Cougar Avenue in Cody. The owner of the 2013 gray Cadillac needs a report for insurance, 12:40 p.m. June 24. 

Vehicle abandoned on Davis Draw Road in Cody, 1:05 p.m. June 25. Deputies provided assistance.

White truck with no camper shell or silver truck with camper truck headed away from Cody near County Road 6WX and Arapahoe Trail throwing firecrackers out the window onto the road, 8:30 a.m. June 26. Deputies were unable to locate.

Woman in a red Pontiac Grand Prix lost control of her vehicle and slid off the street on Road 2N in Deaver, damaging a fence, 1:10 p.m. June 26.

REDDI report filed on red SUV swerving in and out of US 14-16-20 West, heading to Cody, 5:45 p.m. June 26. Deputies found nothing.

Vehicle driving in and out of lanes with no lights near Walmart, 9:35 p.m. June 26. 

Black and red Harley Davidson motorcycle in fence at the end of Tapadero Lane in Cody. It was there for a few days but gone upon deputy arrival at 9:35 a.m. June 28.

Vehicle with Montana plates turning lights on and off outside church near County Road 3EX and US 14A in Cody, 1:30 a.m. June 29. The caller is concerned. Deputies provided assistance.

White Buick parked in road near Lane 10 and Road 8 in Powell with no one around it. The vehicle was gone upon deputy arrival at 8:30 a.m. June 29.

Two vehicle crash on WYO 120 South in Meeteetse, 11:05 a.m. June 29.

Motor vehicle crash near US 14A and Road 10 in Powell, 11:45 a.m. June 29.

White Dodge took off for Yellowstone National Park without paying for $50 of gas at the Red Barn on US 14-16-20 West in Cody. Wyoming Highway Patrol was notified but the vehicle was not found, 4:20 p.m. June 19.

REDDI report filed on 35-year-old female driving silver Chevrolet Trailblazer on County Road 1BF in Clark. The woman was last seen getting in the vehicle intoxicated. She is possibly driving to the Edelweiss Saloon, Cody, or Powell, 4:45 p.m. June 29. Wyoming Highway Patrol was notified and deputies provided assistance. 

Black Chevrolet with no license plates driving erratically near Lane 11 ½ and Road 10 in Powell. The vehicle has a green four-wheeler in the back and is being driven by two younger males, 5:40 p.m. June 29.

Three pipe fittings stolen from Lane 13 ½ in Powell, 8:25 a.m. June 23.

Pill theft reported from Blackwater Creek Ranch on US 14-16-20 in Cody. There were 52 pills taken on June 10. Reported at 2:55 p.m. June 23.

Powell woman on Road 16 receiving generic text messages about someone soliciting sex, 9:25 a.m. June 25. Deputies provided assistance. 

Man feels he is being held captive because his son has taken his driver’s license and car keys on Grande View Drive in Cody, 10:40 a.m. June 25. Deputies provided assistance. The man also called 911. 

A 29-year-old took a whole bottle of Tylenol on County Road 7WC in Cody, 3:50 p.m. June 26.

Domestic dispute on Sheridan Avenue in Cody. There is some alcohol but no weapons involved, 8:25 p.m. June 26. Deputies provided assistance.

Grey car with no plates parked between highway and railroad tracks near US 14A and Cow Country Lane in Cody. The vehicle has a bill of sale in the window. It has been parked there since June 21. Reported at 8:30 a.m. June 27.

Stalking and verbal harassment reported from Wyoming Avenue in Cody, 5:05 p.m. June 27.

Neighbor on Crossfire Trail in Clark has pigs running all over her property, 6:55 p.m. June 27. Deputies provided assistance. 

Lane 8 ½ man wants to talk with a deputy about problems he is having with his neighbors, 2:10 p.m. June 28.

Road 13 in Powell caller just fired an employee and she would like the person trespassed from the property, 7:25 p.m. June 28.

Woman said her neighbors came on her property on Road 2N in Deaver to collect their cattle without her permission, 8:45 a.m. June 29. Deputies provided assistance.

Man on Riverside Avenue in Powell said his dog was bitten this morning. He suspects it was his neighbor’s dog, 2:40 p.m. June 29. Deputies provided assistance.

Man standing in the middle of the 17th Street hill at 3:45 a.m. June 26. He was gone upon police arrival.

Car parked in alley on Sheridan Avenue preventing Irma gunfighters from putting their props away, 7:05 p.m. June 26.

A 2018 Chevrolet Camaro is being driven with the driver’s mirror broken off near Denny Menholt on 16th Street. Officers provided assistance at 2:20 p.m. June 27.

Single-vehicle crash at Boone’s Machine Shop on 24th Street. No injuries or blockage, 4:30 p.m. June 27. Officers issued a citation.

REDDI report filed on red Mitsubishi Eclipse driving on the wrong side of the road on Sheridan Avenue, 11:25 p.m. June 27. Police were unable to locate. 

Three huge bales of hay in road on Sheridan Avenue. The owner was unable to move them, 8:20 a.m. June 28. Police provided assistance. 

People illegally parking in lot that the church uses for overflow parking near 16th Street and Stampede Avenue, 12:15 p.m. June 28. Officers provided assistance. 

A white car and a Chevrolet Suburban crashed near South Fork Avenue and Stampede Avenue at 3:25 p.m. June 28. Police provided assistance. 

Crash reported outside Silver Dollar Bar on Sheridan Avenue involving two vehicles. One driver cited for improper backing. No injuries or blockage at 4:55 p.m. June 28.

Metal shipping container in street near Mentock Park at the corner of Blackburn Avenue and Cougar Avenue, 5:25 p.m. June 28. Police provided assistance.

Two-vehicle crash on Huff ‘n Puff Avenue at 8:10 p.m. June 29. A driver was warned for improper backing.

REDDI report filed on possibly intoxicated Hispanic male who made a U-turn in a vehicle with a black fender in the middle of Sheridan Avenue near the Silver Dollar Bar and is now parked in the lane of travel in front of the bar. It is unknown where the man now is. Police could not find him as of 12:30 a.m. June 30.

Two light-brown horses in road headed eastbound on West Yellowstone Avenue near The Cody Hotel. The caller is trying to catch them. Police provided assistance at 7:05 a.m. June 30.

Truck parked in two spots in back of Irma Hotel on Sheridan Avenue. It is a white Chevrolet 1500 with silver rims, a lifted body the color of mud. Police were unable to assist at 9:35 a.m. June 30.

Multiple hay bales in front of Buffalo Bill Center of the West on Sheridan Avenue, 4:05 p.m. June 30.

Two-vehicle crash outside Cody Motor Lodge on Sheridan Avenue at 7:20 p.m. June 30. There was no injuries or blockage. Police provided assistance. 

White Dodge 3500 Ram parked in front of caller’s garbage can on 11th Street. He wants it moved behind his fence, 10:05 a.m. July 1. Police provided assistance.

Man said his vehicle was struck 10 minutes ago in UPS parking lot on Blackburn Avenue, 1:25 p.m. July 1.

Camper blocking view near Arizona Place and 14th Street at 3:10 p.m. July 1. The caller said they have to pull into the intersection to see around it. Police provided assistance.

Dead deer found in front of Cassie’s Supper Club on Yellowstone Avenue. Officers provided assistance at 10:45 a.m. June 26.

Vehicle broken into on West Circle Drive with registration and insurance info taken out, 1:10 p.m. June 26.

Harassing texts reported from Draw Street, 5:10 p.m. June 26.

Keys found on Cooper Lane West at 1 p.m. June 25. They are Honda car keys with two Fergus High School key chains attached. Reported at 5:25 p.m. June 26.

Green 10-speed Diamondback bike with fat tires stolen from front of Rockstar Cowgirl on Sheridan Avenue, 12:45 p.m. June 27. The bike has orange stripes and orange pedals. Police provided assistance. 

Bareback rigging, chaps, vest and rodeo gear stolen from caller’s truck the previous night at Stampede Rodeo Grounds on West Yellowstone Avenue. Reported at 1:40 p.m. June 27.

Brown leather wallet with initials on it found Maverik South gas station on 17th Street, 4:10 p.m. Inside it was a driver’s license and credit cards. 

Woman stopped by the Cody Law Enforcement Center on River View Drive and said she is being stalked and verbally harassed, 4:30 p.m. June 27.

Money clip with $300, driver’s license, Wells Fargo credit card lost near Chinatown on Sheridan Avenue, 8:25 p.m. June 27.

Man said person stole his bags from The Cody hotel on West Yellowstone Avenue, 9 p.m. June 27. Police provided assistance. 

Male and female in a physical disturbance on Pioneer Avenue, 1:15 a.m. June 28. Officers provided assistance. 

Daughter’s boyfriend is threatening parent in Cody, 8:25 a.m. June 28.

Chickens being kept on Alpine Avenue not being cleaned up for and emanating a bad smell. Other neighbors are complaining as well, 12:30 p.m. June 28. Officers provided assistance.

Black dog jumped out of a window on Glade Court and went after people taking care of lawn, 1:15 p.m. June 28. Police provided assistance. 

Woman requested extra patrols on Gail Lane for the night because her sister-in-law isn’t allowed at the residence but will have a key for it from 3 p.m.-10 p.m. The caller drives a silver Chevrolet Equinox and the sister-in-law a 2014 red Chevrolet Cruz. No other vehicles should be there. Police provided assistance at 2:45 p.m. June 28.

Woman from Green Acres Mobile Home Park on Rocky Road stopped by the Cody Law Enforcement Center on River View Drive and said her ex-boyfriend is threatening her, 3:30 p.m. June 28. Police provided assistance.

Beck Avenue man said a previous roommate is harassing him with texts and calls, 8:25 p.m. June 28. Police provided assistance. 

ID found on WYO 120 North near intersection with County Road 2AB, 9:05 p.m. June 28.

Citation issued at Stampede Rodeo Grounds on West Yellowstone Avenue for alcohol sold to a minor, 9:25 p.m. June 28. Sunlight Bank credit card lost near 16th Street and Sheridan Avenue. The caller has no idea where it is, 10:30 p.m. June 28.

Person asked to leave Stampede Rodeo Grounds on Yellowstone Avenue is back after told to leave and stealing someone’s camera earlier in the day, 1:05 a.m. June 29. Police provided assistance.

Woman said someone stole her husband’s license plate off his vehicle on Shepard Place, 12:05 p.m. July 1.
