CHEYENNE (AP) – Wyoming lawmakers are facing bills this session that would restrict access to abortion services.

Meanwhile, a group is capitalizing on the legal victory it won against the state last year that allows it to display an anti-abortion poster in a tunnel leading to the state Capitol.

Tea Party/conservative libertarian-ism does not apply here. The (state) government will dictate (limit) your rights in this case. You are not capable of making this decision on your own, the state will tell you what to do. So much for Wyoming libertarians and individual responsibility.

The health of the mother must always come first. Any law attempting to restrict that would be stripping the woman of her constitutional rights.
