Roger Gelder, executive vice president/COO of LEGEND COMMUNICATIONS, will be inducted into the Wyoming Association of Broadcasters Hall of Fame.
Gelder, a veteran of more than 16 years of broadcasting in Wyoming, leads KODI and the group of 17 radio stations in Wyoming. He has been in broadcasting 44 years.
Legend owner Larry Patrick says Gelder has “excelled not just in radio but in service to Cody and the company’s other markets.”
Gelder is board chair of the Wyoming Association of Broadcasters.

GDA ENGINEERS held a groundbreaking ceremony Aug. 22 for its new office building in east Cody.
Construction on the 10,000-square-foot building will begin soon and is scheduled to be completed in spring 2014.
GDA, a civil engineering firm specializing in aviation, is celebrating 60 years in business.
“We are extremely proud we have seen such success for such a long time right here in Cody,” co-owner/Director of Operations Dustin Spomer said.
The new building will provide needed room for GDA’s continued growth.
GDA Engineers provides surveying, planning and engineering services for public and private clients in a six-state area of the Rocky Mountain region.
The new building at 502 33rd St. is between Eleutian Technology and Groathouse Construction.
Groathouse is the general contractor for the GDA project and Plan One Architects is designing the building.
