The public Sheriff’s foreclosure sale of certain real property
mortgaged to Richard S. Rofé, as mortgagee, by Dennis Meyer
Danzik and Elizabeth Jo Danzik, as mortgagors, which was scheduled to occur at 10:00 o’clock a.m. on September 20, 2017 at the
front door of the Park County Courthouse located at 1002 Sheridan Avenue, Cody, Park County, WY, has been postponed.  The
mortgaged property subject to the foreclosure sale is commonly
referred to as 1334 Sunset Blvd. S., Cody, WY 82414, and more
particularly described as follows, to-wit:
