Future Farmers cut, deliver Christmas trees

This document was published online on Wednesday, November 28, 2007

Meeteetse Future Farmers of America members will cut and deliver Christmas trees to Meeteetse people Sunday.

While the FFA is performing its annual free service project, recipients are asked to pay the $5 tree-cutting permit. Permits to cut trees in the Shoshone Forest are available at the Wea Market.

“FFA will cut and deliver trees only to people in Meeteetse,” said Carolyn Stull, director of the Meeteetse Visitor Center. “It would be too hard to deliver to Cody and Powell.”

To order a tree call Joey Johnson, 868-2501.
